A small-batch heirloom tomato passata, made from a seasonal selection of our finest varieties, often up to 50 in a single batch. Each jar reflects the diversity, depth, and character of our farm.
Using approximately 1kg of fresh tomatoes per 500ml jar, we gently reduce the fruit to preserve its natural sweetness, structure, and flavour intensity.
Ingredients: Heirloom Tomatoes (99.5%), salt (0.5%)
